Blooming is a series of 9 intense watercolor colors that allow you to easily create unique and ornate nail compositions such as: Blur Effect, Marble, Liquid Ombre. Due to its properties, it dissolves very quickly, creating glamorous lines in just a few seconds.

HOW TO USE BLOOMING NAIL POLISH?
1. Prepare the nail plate - abrade the shape of the nail, remove the cuticles.
Polish the nail plate with a 240 grit block / file. Wipe off the dust and degrease the nail plate.
2. Apply a thin layer of base to the nail plate. Cure in a UV / LED lamp for 30 sec (UV-120 sec).
3. Apply 2 thin coats of any hybrid varnish (preferably white) and cure each time in an LED / UV lamp for 30 sec (UV-120 sec).
4. Apply dots of different sizes on the hardened coat using Blooming Nail Polish. If we want to increase the intensity of the color - you can wait a bit and then repeat the use of Blooming varnishes. Arrange the dots in any way and wait for the varnishes to dry. To enhance the blending effect, we can apply a little Blooming Thinner to the edges of the dots and wait a few seconds for them to dry.
5. Finish varnishing with CLARESA tops. . Cure for 60 seconds in an LED / UV lamp (UV-120 seconds).
