FRUTTI PROFESSIONAL hair dye oxidant 3%
3% - intended for coloring natural, colored hair, but not recommended for chemically curled hair. The tool is best suited for painting in the same tone, 1 tone lighter or 1 tone darker. Not suitable for gray hair.
How to use: mix the oxidizing emulsion with the hair dye in the ratio indicated on the hair dye package. Apply the mixture to dry hair, hold for the specified time and rinse with plenty of water.
Capacity: 1000 ml
