Instrument cleaning and disinfection agent Gigasept® Instru AF

Gigasept® Instru AF is a concentrated, aldehyde-free combined instrument cleaner and disinfectant. The product cleans and disinfects medical and beauty salon instruments made of plastic, metal, glass, porcelain, synthetic materials, rubber. Suitable for pre-washing of instruments before machine disinfection. Gigasept® Instru AF is also used in ultrasonic baths.

Not suitable for flexible endoscopes.

Gigasept® Instru AF acts on the following microorganisms:
bacteria, including TB;
fungi;
hepatitis B and C viruses;
HIV;
Adeno virus;
Papova SV 40 virus.
Usage:
The concentrate is diluted with water and the solutions are prepared as follows:

3% - 30 ml Gigasept® Instru AF - 970 ml water
2% - 20 ml Gigasept® Instru AF - 980 ml water
1.5% - 15 ml Gigasept® Instru AF - 985 ml water

Solutions used for cleaning and disinfection of instruments: 3% - 15 min., 2% - 30 min., 1.5% - 60 min.

The working solution is effective for 7 days and is replaced earlier if it changes color or precipitates. If possible, disassemble and soak the instruments in a covered container. The channels and cavities of hollow instruments must be filled with solution so that there are no air bubbles. Wash disinfected instruments under running or sterile water.
Ultrasonic baths are disinfected with 3% solution for 5 minutes.
For decontamination of medical waste (disposable syringes, pipettes, transfer systems, jars, etc.) - 1.5% - 12 hours. (overnight).

Composition:

100 g of Gigasept® Instru AF liquid contains 14 g of coconut propylenediamine diacidate, 35 g of phenoxypropanol, 2.5 g of benzalkonium chloride, 5-15% anionic substances, solvents, pH regulators, anti-corrosion inhibitors, flavorings.
