LIST OF EMPLOYEES WORKING IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF OCCUPATIONAL RISK FACTORS WHO ARE MANDATORY FOR PRIOR AND PERIODIC MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS

The list was compiled in accordance with the list of dangerous works, the list of potentially dangerous facilities, the order of the Minister of Health Protection of the Republic of Lithuania "On preventive health checks in health care institutions", the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania no. 544 (new edition by Resolution No. 1145) "On the list of works and areas of activity in which employees are allowed to work, only those who have been checked in advance and then periodically checked for infectious diseases, and the approval of the health check-up procedure for these employees".

Filling in the personal medical book (health passport).

The personal medical book (Health Passport) (F 048/a) must contain a photo of the person, certified by the workplace seal and the signature of the employer (or his authorized person), which additionally indicates: length of service by profession (years), harmful factors and their amounts , hazardous work at a specific workplace, annual exposure doses (received by workers working with sources of ionizing radiation). When sending an employee for a health check-up, the representative of the employer or the person authorized by him must follow Table 1 of these recommendations "Jobs included in the list of dangerous jobs that require a health check-up during work and/or hiring. Periodicity and extent of inspections. Additional contraindications" and Table 2 "Order of mandatory health checks when hiring and/or working under the influence of harmful risk factors (in some cases - after changing job or workplace)". Hazardous jobs or risk factors specified in the first columns of the tables, which are identified in a specific workplace, are recorded in the person's medical book (F No. 048/a) by the person representing the employer or his authorized representative. The serial number of the tables corresponds to the hazardous work or risk.
