Picoqueen Iris is a representative of the latest ND YAG picosecond lasers that do not use high temperature alone to burn or dissolve unwanted pigment or melanin. Instead of storing heat, Picoqueen delivers energy so fast (450 ps) that the tiny particles that make up the tattoo's pigment or ink vibrate and break down without burning the surrounding tissue. Less heat means less tissue damage and discomfort.

Using patented converging lens technology, Picoqueen effectively converts laser energy into gentle pressure waves that activate cellular communication processes. Using a nozzle with a fractional lens, the laser perfectly copes with the effects of skin aging.
