We seek to give you joy and profit while working with our professional UV / LED manicure lamps, as well as beauty and comfort for your customers. We would like to inform you about the warranty and service conditions of UV / LED lamps, so please read the following text carefully.
You receive a 3-month warranty for any professional UV / LED lamp purchased in our online store (www.salonams.eu). During the warranty period, you can be sure that we will solve any problem related to malfunction of the lamp at no extra cost to you. The main condition for warranty service is the absence of external influences on the lamp (the lamp should not be mechanically damaged).

Warranty cases include:
The lamp's UV / LED diodes have burned out
The screen does not function
The motion sensor does not function
Any button does not function.

Warranty conditions include:
The warranty is valid if the customer submits a purchase document (cash receipt or invoice of the purchased product, date of sale, purchase amount) together with the product itself
The product’s warranty is valid for exactly 3 calendar months from the date of purchase
In case of a warranty claim, the customer must provide a defective product and its complete set together with the invoice and packaging.

In which cases are the UV / LED lamps not covered by warranty?
The warranty does not cover any kind of mechanical damage:
The power supply unit does not function (the power supply unit is not under warranty as all other cords)
Impacts, scratches, cracks and other external defects on the UV / LED lamp housing.

The warranty service is lost when:
Not all purchased items are provided by the customer;
Any part of a UV / LED lamp is lost
A product’s purchase document is not provided
The lamp has not been sent to us before the end of the warranty period. Even if you have written to us about the defect, we cannot accept the product for warranty service, as the warranty period has expired and the factory will not accept the product for warranty repair anymore.

What if the warranty period has expired?
If you have purchased a UV / LED lamp from us and the warranty period has expired, we will give a 5% discount when purchasing a new UV / LED lamp.

What are the conditions for fulfilling warranty obligations?
We do our best to fulfil our warranty obligations as soon as possible, usually within 10 days of receiving the equipment. At the same time, it sometimes takes 7 to 30 days to solve the problem. During this time, if you do not have a lamp to work with, we will provide you with a replacement UV / LED lamp from our replacement fund.

What to do if a warranty claim occurs?
Shoot a short video that clearly shows the essence of the fault.
The video must have a clearly visible UV / LED lamp (general view).
Send the video or photos with a detailed description by e-mail: labas@salonams.eu.
Without a detailed description and video, the product will not be accepted for warranty repair.
If the file or video you upload is too large, you can send the photos and video via Facebook, Messenger or Viber, but you must notify labas@salonams.eu so that staff knows that the files you upload are on other platforms.
After confirming the warranty case, we will ask you to send the equipment for diagnostics, replacement or repair.
ATTENTION: You can deliver UV / LED lamps to our office or send by courier. We do not collect parcels at Lithuanian Post or other post offices. Lithuanian Post no longer carries parcels to offices.
If you have additional questions, you can always call us and we will advise you on what to do.

Delivery of equipment for warranty service:
If the warranty case has occurred within 14 days of purchase, we will replace the lamp with a new one and cover all shipping costs.
The lamp will be replaced with the same model. The choice of another model is not possible.
At the end of the 14-day period from the purchase of the product, the delivery of the defective lamp to the service and back is paid by the customer.
Delivery of the replacement lamp in both directions is paid by the customer.

Examples of warranty cases and tips on how to prepare a photo or video report of a failure:
The LEDs are blinking or the LEDs are not lit at full capacity
Take a picture or film the fault so that is clear which lamp plates are damaged.
Sometimes it happens that the LEDs do not blink immediately after turning them on, but when the lamp has been operating for some time. In this case, you need to wait for this moment and then take a picture or shoot a video.

What to do if all the diodes in the UV / LED lamp are lit, there are no obvious damages or defects, but the material (varnish, gel, etc.) does not dry out?
Shoot a video that shows that the lamp does not dry out or harden the material.
When recording a video, you have to:
Apply a thin layer of 2-3 different colours of gel polish on the tips, i.e. the layer you normally cover your client’s nails when working with natural nails.
Dry the tips with the applied gel polish on this lamp for 60 seconds.
At the end of 60 seconds, wipe the tips with a cloth dampened with alcohol or a degreaser, or a similar solution that you use in your work to remove stickiness.
Show a napkin in a video. If there are any traces of material left on the napkin after 60 seconds or more of drying in the UV / LED lamp, then this is a confirmation that the lamp is not actually drying the material.

It is important to note that for many solids and pigmented paints, 30 seconds of curing is not enough, so it is important to dry this type of varnish for 60 seconds or more to achieve the maximum result. Only in this case (after drying for 60-90 seconds) it can be stated that the lamp does not harden / dry the material.
Exceptions are dark pigmented colours: black, dark green, and yellow. For some brands of gel polishes, it is recommended to dry these shades for 90-120 seconds before complete polymerisation / curing. In addition, there are special recommendations for applying such materials to the nail plate to allow proper polymerisation / curing.

What to do if the motion sensor does not work?
All UV / LED lamp models have hand motion sensors. For this motion sensor to work properly, you need to keep your hand or foot in the centre of the lamp. If the motion sensor fails, the most common cause is motion sensor contamination with used material. Check for gel residue and clean the equipment if necessary. If the lamp is clean and the sensor does not work, you must record a video that shows the essence of the fault. In addition, the entire lamp should be clearly visible in the video.

What if the lamp does not turn on?
If the lamp does not light up, it must first be checked using another power source. If the power supply does not work, it is necessary to replace the power supply with a new one. The power supply unit, like other cables, is not subject to warranty service, so store the cables and units with extreme care. Do not squeeze them and do not fold them. If the lamp does not work with another power source, you need to record a video showing that the equipment is connected to electricity but does not show any signs of performance. In addition, the UV / LED lamp should be clearly visible in the video.
Read the instructions before using UV / LED lamps. Proper use of the device will extend its service life.
Keep the purchase document and the box during the whole warranty period, this will allow you to use the warranty service properly.
